Each character of Alphabet represents a number
Number 9 – No character
The Expression number helps individuals to know about their strengths and weaknesses. The Life Path number tells your life’s lesson and how you handle them while Expression number tells you about your area of natural strength and weaknesses. This number is very important and it should be compatible with your Life Path number. If your life path number tells you the goal, this number tells you the ability to achieve that. The Expression number can be calculated on the basis of alphabetical character present in your full name and it tells you the talent and ability you have from your birth.
To find your Expression number, write out your full name, and place the appropriate numerical value beneath each letter. Add the numbers of your first name, and then reduce it to a single digit or Master Number. Do the same for your middle and last names. Now, add the three single-digit numbers, and reduce them to another single-digit number to find your Expression number. If at any time you encounter a Master number, 11, 22 or 33, do not reduce it to a single-digit number.

KARMIC DEBT NUMBER
“Learning with Humility is the key- either you learn it or repay & repent”
This sounds a little complex and scary isn’t it Karma, debt. But let me lay it down in the simplest possible way.
Karmic Debt number can come in any of your CORE NUMBER (Life Path, Birthday, Expression, Personality, Heart Desire). Numerology is based on the ancient idea that each of us takes re-birth as per our Past Karma. The good or bad result of this life depends on Past life deeds as well. The good get rewarded but the mistakes we committed need rectification. Such errors cause us to take on the additional burden in order to learn a particular lesson that we failed to learn in previous lifetimes. In numerology, this burden is called a Karmic Debt.
The two-digit numbers 13, 14, 16, and 19 are called Karmic Debt numbers. When these numbers found in the core numbers (The Life Path, Expression, Heart’s Desire (or Soul Urge), Personality, and Birth Day), and in the various cycles during the course of your lifetime, it creates unique challenges. Each has its own unique characteristics, and its own particular difficulties.
In the above example of Personality number after adding a first name and last name two-digit number came as 16 which is Karmic Debt number.
